A devoted daddy to Jack and Rosie, one second never went by were he never thought about you.
A loving brother to Paula, brother in law of Aidan.
The best uncle in the world to Liam, Lucie and Katie.
God father to Paddy, glen and kelly's little one.
Brother to Sandie, Pamela, Sharon and John.
He had an accident in a vehicle near the Charnock Richard Services North bound on the early hours of saturday the 22 september 2007.
Our Dave........ he is the greatest brother anyone could of asked for, I will miss him every day 4ever. He was just an amazing person and the day we laid him to rest will be the hardest day I have ever had, it just shows that anyone as kind and generous could never have 2many friends well most of them were there on Friday the 5th of october at 1030hrs. Everyone said good night, God bless in there own way. I just wish he could have been there 2see it all. What an amazing day, I didn't realise someone could have so many friends, real friends. But Dave could!!!!!!!!!
Dave I love you so, so much and I really miss you.............I hope that I did you proud as I have been so proud of you for as long as I can remember. I love you..........CANNONBALL............... Remember the time you sold the trailor of your dads well that was just so funny you thought you were a king and so did we, we had pizza and loads of coke, we were laughing about this only the other week. The time you were working and the hole you were diggin started to cave in and it took 3 guys to get you out.
You better now be lookin after Liam, Lucie, Katie your nieces and nephew.
dont forget paddy the dog, all the rugby tackeling you did with him and you never won. YOU ARE ALL THINGS BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL.
Thank you to all his friends, just remember that it was a privilage and pleasure to have Dave in your lives. He is and always will be the best of the best. REMEMBER THE BEST GO FIRST COZ THEY ONLY WANT THE BEST.

WELL WHAT A GREAT DAY, EVERYONE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME, EVEN DAVE THOUGH YOU COULDNT SEE DAVE HE WAS DEFFO THERE, YOU COULD FEEL DAVE. SMELL DAVE, THE DRINKS WERE FLOWIN, ESPECIALLY THE VODKA COKE'S. How you doing up there? Hope you was down at the herrin on Sunday with us all. Everyone keeps saying "2 years has gone quick" I don't think it has, it seems forever since you was last with us. But I suppose that 2 yrs is a long time anyway.
Still remember everything about you though. We will never forget. Still ask myself why you was taken, a friend is supposed to be forever!!
